Production Questions, Answered
What does corporate event production cost in the Bay Area?
Every corporate production is quoted to the room, so there is no flat rate. The cost tracks room size, screen and audio spec, the number of show days, and load-in complexity. Send the date, venue, and program and a producer replies with an approach and a real number, not a guess.
Can you produce an event under NDA?
Yes. Discretion is standard here, and we run a full NDA-ready process from first call to strike. We walk through exactly how on our confidential-productions page. We never name our clients.
Do you produce keynotes and product launches for technology and AI companies?
Yes. Product launches, keynotes, and developer conferences are core work for us, including for technology and AI companies where the reveal cannot leak and the show cannot fail on stage. Some shows we produce end to end; on others, we work as the technical production partner alongside an agency or producer of record. Either way, we build in redundant playback and tested failovers because a reveal gets one take.
What does full-service corporate production include?
One crew designs and runs lighting, audio, video and LED walls, and stage and drape on our own inventory, across galas, general sessions, summits, and launches. You get one accountable producer for the whole room instead of coordinating five vendors.
Which Bay Area venues do you produce corporate events in?
We have produced at the region's landmark venues for more than 35 years, including Pier 48, Fort Mason, Pier 27, the Legion of Honor, and the de Young Museum, plus hotel ballrooms and corporate campuses across San Francisco, the Peninsula, and Silicon Valley. We know the load limits and house rules before we arrive.
How far in advance should we book?
The earlier the better for flagship dates, but we regularly take on shows on tighter timelines. Tell us the date even if the rest is unset and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it justice.
Do you also provide seating, furniture, and tenting?
Impact produces the show. The physical room, from audience seating at scale to lounge furniture, linens, and tenting, comes from our sister company Standard Event Rentals, planned on one schedule. Two Bay Area specialists, one point of contact.
Is Impact a certified women-owned business?
Yes. Impact is a WBENC-Certified Women's Business Enterprise, which matters on corporate and institutional RFPs that score supplier diversity.
